DAMA swims at the Campus Hills Pool at the I.R. Holmes Recreation Center in Durham, NC. Campus Hills Pool is located on Alston Avenue, just off of NC 55, near North Carolina Central. The pool is eight lanes wide and 25 yards in length.

When
We have six workouts per week:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings: 6:15 – 7:30am
Tuesday and Thursday evenings: 6:30 – 7:45pm
Saturday morning : 8:30 -10:00am
