Durham Area Masters Aquatics (DAMA) is a Masters swim team, located in Durham, North Carolina. We are a workout group of North Carolina Masters Swimming (NCMS) and United States Masters Swimming (USMS)

DAMA hosts 9 practices a week. A certified coach supervises every practice, defines the workout and provides feedback as needed.

Our members range from having no significant previous swimming experience to former collegiate swimmers. We are open to any adult aged 18 or older, and no matter what your goal may be--fitness, triathlons, open water swims, or Masters swim meets--we have a place for you. Come swim with us!
